I like the fact that it was close to the event & also the airport. I didn’t like that I couldn’t use AAA card when I got to the hotel because I went through a third party to book my room. My daughter had to change rooms three times because of maintenance issues & also the rooms didn’t have wash cloths. We had to call for that. It was just a lot of unnecessary stuff that I think a hotel room should not have especially when that hotel stay so busy. I don’t mind giving the hotel another chance , I just think it will be in another state.

Where to start! The door lock was constantly stuck and had to slam it to get it to close. The noise was intense, walls were paper thin! I could hear the people next to us clear as day including their toilet. The bed was inverted and had to fix it just to sleep. Tv channels didn’t work. No one cleaned the room in 4 days or would give new towels. Not to mention not checking in on time since rooms weren’t ready or cleaned still at 4pm. When I said something to the front desk she gave attitude and excuses including a different excuse than given upon checkin on why rooms weren’t ready. So all excuses!!! Needless to say they did nothing with all these issues. Not even an apology. She told me it was my fault for not telling management, when I clearly told her 4 times that the employees were made aware multiple times during our stay. I travel 43 weeks out of the year for work and this is no Sheraton!!! It’s trash with trashy people working there that will not help you only lie to you. All I do is travel and feel like being lied to was definitely the last thing I needed to hear. Realistically I’d love my money back it was that bad, but after staying here I couldn’t even get a towel so I know they won’t do anything to compensate the miserable stay. My advice to anyone is stay anywhere else! Absolutely anywhere else. We left and went to the Marriott marquis downtown and it’s so much better!!!!

A good place for a night if needing to carch a flight early the next morning but not for longer than that. Coffee maker in room was broken, no soap in the shower dispenser, and the doors to the room are so loud that it kept waking us up during the night.

The property was very clean. Javier at the front desk could not have been kinder or more helpful. Dakesia from housekeeping was wonderful as well. There was a small hiccup when we first got there, but Javier and Dakesia sorted it out and all was excellent. The room was nice and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Ida or Ira or whatever, the bartender, was very nice as well. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we will be back.
