I booked this hotel for the garden area and lobby at holiday time and when I arrived was told these areas were closed for renovation!!! It was Christmas and they closed them down and I was booking because I knew the Hyatt had lovely lobbies. Crap. Also, there was no way to get cash for tips other than 20s from the ATM machine. The desk people didn't have the cash and there wasn't enough staff to handle my request. The destination fee was also a surprise. So, while the one night stay was okay, the place did not begin to live up to its reputation or my expectation.

I loved the amazing customers service from the staff at the front desk, from checking in, passing by and check out they were attentive and always spoke. Location is perfect for shopping and dining. Rooms are upgraded and stylish. Very clean and modern. The self parking is a little pricey but it is very close and convenient. I enjoyed the car service that provided to and from driving within 2 mile radius. Its part of your rate, nice touch. I will be back

Great location but property is a bit dated

Great location in Buckhead but a bit dated. The property was undergoing renovation while we were there so not all amenities were available. A coffee shop or market that is open for more than a few hours each morning would be helpful. It would also be nice to have a bathrobe in the room. On the plus side, within walking distance of the malls, lots of restaurants, etc. Service was excellent when we did choose to dine in the restaurant.

Superb Hotel Stay

Gorgeous hotel -- they're undergoing renovations in the lobby but the rooms themselves are very nice/updated and the hotel is situated in a great bustling area in Atlanta close to both retail, restaurants, grocery, and the the main interstate artery through the city. The location can't be better if traveling or even for a staycation. The staff us ultra friendly and accommodating as well.
