I used hotels.com to book the room which was for two double beds. When I got there at 1:30 in the morning after a long night battling traffic after a concert, I was greeted by a lady at the counter with a bad attitude. The room she gave us was just one double bed. Was told that since I booked through 3rd party website, I got lowest priority on room selection even though I payed for two beds. Regardless, what kind of hotel has one double bed? Is this 1985? Anyway, place was kinda run down, room was not very clean and outdated. Terrible overall experience.

As a Hilton Honors member, I expect a certain level of quality and service when staying at Hilton properties, but my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center fell far short of those expectations. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty, and the elevators were in poor condition and unclean, which made using them an uncomfortable experience. Housekeeping never visited my room during my stay, and despite requesting extra towels multiple times, they were never provided. To make matters worse, the phone in my room was non-functional and couldn’t connect to the front desk, leaving me unable to communicate my needs. I reported my discomfort with these issues to the staff several times, and each time I was assured they would be addressed, but nothing was ever done. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I find this level of unresponsiveness and lack of care to be particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the Hampton Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to bring this property up to the standard that Hilton guests expect.

Didnt realize that i booked a handicapped room, but the guy checking me in seemed to be peeved about it and made sure i knew it (I do have a disability, but not enough to where I need an accessible room). The accessible shower in said Handicapped room did not work and for it being a "handicapped room", it was not very accessible. Kept getting weird calls at late hours of the night, and just overall, not the greatest stay.

adjoined rooms are loud.
Clean enough, very friendly staff, comfortable, the room doors are very close together, so you hear everything, also I had an adjoining room for some reason and the walls are very thin. The television was on all night, so it was quite loud. Lost sleep.

This older Hampton Inn in well located close to the Perimeter Center area, and the cost is very reasonable for this location. Some additional updating both in common areas and in rooms would be nice. Sound proofing could be better, as the hallway on our high floor was noisy well after midnight the night of our stay.

Good one night stay
We stayed one night after spending the day in Atlanta. It is a short drive to Truist Park for a Braves game. The hotel was nice and comfy. The pool was closed when we stayed. The breakfast was good.
