Room was infested with roaches and water bugs that crawled on the walls above the headboard. Had a hard time sleeping my entire trip and was moved to a different room hours before check out time. Regardless of moving to a different room I still couldn't sleep fearing other roaches and water bugs would appear in that room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever.

When checking in, I had to wait 10-15 minutes because the sign on the desk stated "the desk clerk had to step away, but would return soon." I was told near the end of breakfast that they were out of coffee. Weekend workers are unprepared and not very knowledgeable of what can be done when an unfortunate event occurs. When trying to communicate with management, you are told she will return the call BUT I never received a call back.

This property is a great location and the hotel was nice and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was very good and well kept all morning. Our room was a little bit musty and didn’t feel as clean as I would have liked. Overall the hotel was a convenient location, very welcoming and we felt safe. I think the location would benefit from renovations to be freshened up, as it felt a little bit old.

Reservation was incorrect at check in. The front desk blamed the error because we reserved the suite through a third party. The room wasn’t clean especially the bathroom(vomiting residue was found in the corner of the bathroom).
