Convenient & Cute
The basement was decorated so nicely, you would’ve never known it was a basement. There was slight foot traffic from the upper unit, but this was after 9am. The unit had everything needed (appliances, ice, utensils). My only complaint would’ve been the smaller bedroom, the bed was uncomfortable and the room didn’t have a tv.

This place is amazing it’s so clean it exceeded my expectations I literally could smell the fabric softener in the bedding as I slept they only suggestion I would make is during the next renovation re do the upstairs floors with a lot of insulation or sound proof materials because you can hear every move the family upstairs make

Great basement 2 bed/2 bath apartment that is exactly as pictured on VRBO! Owner was quick to reply to messages about check in/check out. Great stay!

2 night stay - Out of control, disrespectful tenant
Positive: Clean, pictures are accurate, owner was very responsive and tried her best to help. Negative: No complimentary bottled water upon arrival. Bathrooms needed floor towels, and no place in the bathroom to hang wet towels. must warn guest not to use bottom lock (locked out for at least 45 minutes before we could get owner to respond. Upon her request we had to access her tenant’s apartment to get in the unit. Tenant on first floor is a heavy smoker, and when he smokes in the house it travels through the venting system-air condition (1st floor to basement). Upon arrival, I thought the place smelled like smoke, and was ill that night, but did not know why. It was confirmed the second night (we were asked by owner to enter his apartment to unlock door-his apartment had a thick smoke smell) that it was because and it was coming from his apartment. The smell was so bad that I felt the need to sleep in the car (not practical, nor safe) ended up spending time standing outside. Finally, the air condition unit was turned off remotely by the owner. The night went from a heavy smoke smell in the master bedroom to her tenant having a party that lasted about 3 hours (11:15pm to 2:15am). Bad to Worse - The music was playing, people were talking very loud and banging on the floor. The tenant is out of control. I am warning you – do not stay at this place. It was a horrifying, uncomfortable and unexpected. Owner cannot control her tenant no matter how hard she tried.

Cute space but not what I expected
This was a very cute space in was decorated as pictured. It was in a very convenient location in a safe neighborhood. It was not clearly described as a finished basement with tenants living upstairs, so I was surprised by that. You also do not have any control over the thermostat so we were stuck trying to make ourselves comfortable, with no control over the thermostat and that was really unpleasant. I probably would not rebook this location.

Everything was Awesome!
Don’t be fool by the neighborhood. It is actually a pretty quiet neighborhood and isn’t as bad as it may look. The home is very nice very clean and very comfortable. The pictures are exactly of what the home looks like the host was very responsive even in the middle of the night when I thought I would have to wait until the morning for a response she responded right away. I wish I could give 10 stars because The home seeded my expectations and my children love the atmosphere. They love the home!!! We also love the home because it was close to all the main attractions that we were going to so that made it a plus so we have to sit in traffic for a long period of time to get where we needed to go the longest we had to drive about 15 minutes to zoo Atlanta and that was because of an incident that happened on the interstate but other than that, everything was amazing!

The first level of the home is nicely renovated. The kitchen has a big window that we used the cushions from the sofa in the main bedroom to provide some closure because there are no blinds. There is a permanent resident in this home and they made noise, moving furniture and dropping things at 3-4am so this disrupted my family sleep. Apparently this is an ongoing issue that they are having with this tenant. There were a few pieces of silverware and kitchen sheers that were dirty. The floor definitely should have been cleaned better especially since we let the owner know way ahead of time that we would be arriving late. Nice property but we will not be staying here again.

The host was very accommodating seeing as though we arrived really early was able to check in at 1:30pm.We stopped at Walmart for few things.To our surprise there was not anything we needed.This host dotted ever “I” crossed every “T”. We felt safe and this home is in a central location to all of the best attractions. My only draw back would be that this home is apartment on top of you is a permanent resident.The tv sound and the walking upstairs is really loud.Not sure if the tenants realize how noisy they are especially at night.Would definitely book again host exceeded our expectations. home was just as pictured if not better in person

The property is amazing and the host communicates well, but the property smelled like smoke and the tenant above woke us up every night from 1 am - 6 am and at times would yell and swear loudly for extended periods of time.

Beautiful property, great communication
The host was an amazing communicator and the property was absolutely beautiful. I had such a relaxing stay and was so close to everything I wanted to do over the weekend. It was so clean and spacious and there was stuff to make coffee and tea. Not to mention the fridge had an ice and water dispenser. 10/10 stay.
