I used this service for flight/hotel services. I had reserved a two bed, queen size accommodation. Initially, I was given a one bed, king accommodation. I was traveling with my brother. Fortunately, the clerk called with a cancellation and was able to give him the room next to mine. We appreciated that customer service. What I didn't like was the delay experienced through Delta airlines. I purchased our tickets the day of travel. Prior to purchasing, I called Delta and asked if everything was back on track, she said, "Yes." This wasn't the case. Hotel check-in was at 3 p.m., we were supposed to arrive at our destination before 3 p.m., and get shuttled to hotel. We were delayed. We didn't arrive until 6 p.m., dinner reservations were for 7. We didn't get to relax/unwind from the airline travel, nor fully enjoy the hotel accommodations. The next morning, slept to 10 a.m., haven't done that in over 20 years, I wake up routinely at 6 a.m. I had been stressed out. This resulted in missing the complimentary hot breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. However, We needed breakfast, too. The property seemed well kept from the little we saw. The staff was welcoming. We didn't have time to sight-see the hotel area.

Loved this hotel. Bed was flat im a wild sleeper I like to dip into the bed. Could use better pillows but still good. Room was nice, shower great, staff great checked in early, clean I like this hotel. Could clean sheets a tiny bit more But hotel 8/10

Housekeepers were great, but the room had a musty, slightly wet dog smell. The carpeting in the hallways was very badly stained, sticky in places, and worn. On a previous stay we were offered bottled water. This time we were told it cost $3. When we asked why, we were told we were not Hilton Honors members. We were not offered info on the program nor invited to sign up. The next single guest was given 2 bottles as we were standing there. He was not friendly.
