Frustration
The main walkway was closed off I had to walk 3 flights of steps to get to the second floor to walk all the way around from one end to the other side just to get on the elevator to be able to go to the floor I was staying on. The pool was closed due to maintenance during some of my stay and this is becoming a recurring issue with this hotel. The previous week the pool was also closed and the breakfast that was supposed to be ready by 6 am was still not ready at 8:30. This hotel is nice but frustrating.

Why so hard to recharge?
Zero electric plugs in my room to charge phone and iPad. But have plugs in restaurant so with no adapter you are forced to eat in hotel restaurant to plug in and recharge. Mediocre menu. Service charge added to meal prices too high. Phone charging in all European hotel rooms but not here.
