The staff were awesome. Efficient, prompt and friendly. However the room was much smaller than stated. Bathroom had no ventilation. The toilet was running the whole time and it was obnoxiously loud. We called and unfortunately maintenance was gone for the night. The front desk staff tried to fix it but was unable to.

Website stated a $50 incidental fee but it ended up being $100, just a heads up. Parking unavailable for this property despite being told it was available, but instead there is a $40 valet service which I was unaware of until I arrived. I ended up parking around the corner in a parking garage as I didn't want anyone driving my car. Upon arrival I parked on the street for approximately 5 minutes to bring in my luggage and got hit with a $35 parking ticket, so don't park across the street without paying, even for one minute. Complementary breakfast was good, their biscuits are really nice. Room was very clean and staff was nice. I was within comfortable walking distance of the state farm arena which was the main reason I booked here. I won't be booking here again because of the parking issue and the surrounding area is a little sketchy. I also don't appreciate the incidental hold being higher than stated online.

Our fridge didn't work, our phone didn't work. We told the front desk but they only stated "will let maintenance know" No offer to move rooms or make it better in any way. The food we brought requires refrigeration so we lost it all and had to spend extra money. The beds are comfortable but the rooms are so small it's hard to maneuver.

Rooms are very tiny plus they charge for parking.
We were charged $40 for parking overnight, which is no where mentioned here on site while booking. Rooms, bathroom are very small. 2 Double Bed was very small and its very uncomfortable for family of 3. Bathroom didn't had ventilation fan working. Place is in downtown with all homeless people roaming around making it little unsafe. For me its total NO GO to this place.

Staff were nice, however valets cannot drive stick. I was asked to come down around 1.5hrs after checking in to move my car myself. It had not been moved since I arrived. I’ve been told I will be refunded the $50 valet fee.
