I overall enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was nice and the hotel is a short walk to State Farm Arena. My main disappointment was the lack of a chair in the room. There was a desk but no chair. Sometimes you just want to sit and relax but really you couldn’t do that unless you wanted to sit on the bed which really is not ideal. I don’t think a chair is much to ask for.

Paid $40/night for required valet service. We told the valet not to park the car, we would be back down in 5 minutes or less. He parked the car and took 20 minutes to retrieve it. We missed our appointment due to this. Neither he nor the front desk seemed to care. The facility itself was just ok. Was told late check out was available, but when we called to get a late checkout, clerk said it was unavailable....

Excellent walking distance from the State Farm Arena. Quiet, couldnt really hear your neighbors and everyone was super nice. Rooms and elevators were small but thats be expected. We were only there to sleep anyways. The safety protocols they have were great as well.

Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and valet was easy. I was confused when i arrived i was informed id already been charged for the room and deposit held. This was different than what i read when i booked the room. Also still waiting on refund from valet as i was told that it would be deducted from the deposit. Communication could be better.
