We were in town for the Rod Wave concert and the hotel was around the corner from the arena. We like the valet service offered. The room was nice, but smaller than what we were expecting . The pictures make it look bigger than what it really is. Staff was very nice!! Only problem was when we checked out and got in our car we noticed that there was paraphernalia left in the car that was not ours.

First off, the breakfast staff is fantastic. I was going to get their names, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room pretty clean. We had trouble getting the room warm enough for us, but that might have been user error with the thermostat. We felt very safe in the area and easily walked everywhere we went: the arena, aquarium area, and Polaris. Plenty of parking in paid lots by the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Atlanta.

The staff made my stay incredible! Upon arrival, a young man with a yellow hat and locs greeted me and suggested places to dine. Jamila with housekeeping promptly returned my call after leaving an item behind, she’s so kind! Ms. Zella is absolutely AMAZING!

I loved that it had free breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. I didn't didn't have to ask for extra towels toilet paper because it was well stocked. Every staff I came in contact with was very polite and cheerful. I will book again

The breakfast staff were WONDERFUL. They are polite, cheerful and professional. They made my morning after a hard day. However, the night crew needs to be more friendly and courtesy when checking in. No smile or thank you or welcome to hilton.

The staff and service was amazing but the Property needs a huge maintenance and deep cleaning, the sofa of the room was disgusting with stains I am not able to upload pic here but I took pic of everything,lot of dust on curtains and around the bed,the wood floor also and I have to ask to be clean it because my daughters socks were gray of dust,I choose this property because of location and rooftop that was close.The area around has to many homeless you are not going to feel safe if you walk,better pay a rental car and explore around although parking is super expensive and leaving a rental in open areas not save at all because someone can stole or broke your car.So better pay the 45 usd of valet parking and you can take out your car as many times as you want.Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I like the cleanliness of the property, the staff was very professional and helpful 🙂. I did not like the parking situation, there was not a safe place to park, so we the service that was available which cost $45 per night and I think that was to expensive and it wasn't on the Internet so that people would know ahead of arriving to your property

Perfect spot for the Tabernacle
This is the perfect hotel for a show at the Tabernacle. So close and *safe enough* to make the walk at night. The gentleman who checked us in was an absolute doll (I think his name was Tim!) So friendly and accommodating. He made sure my reservation was linked to my Hilton account, and I got my snacks. My ONLY complaint was that the rooftop deck was closed, which was a MAJOR reason I chose this hotel. We wanted to be able to dip out there for a smoke instead of standing on the street being accosted by the homeless, which happened almost every time we went out. If a part of the hotel is going to be closed, that's the kind of thing guests should be told ahead of time in order to make adjustments to expectations, if not accommodations. All things considered, and assuming the rooftop deck is open, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Our suite was SUPER nice.
