If you are a lady and need light and a full body mirror, then you will be disappointed. We had two little lamps in our room,no bathroom counter space, one mirror in the whole room witch happened to be in the bathroom and it was so dark that we had to ask them to bring us another lamp. The waitress during breakfast was not the nicest. We felt as though we were othering her and we were a little intimidated by her. However, check in staff were all super friendly, the gentlemen at valet were so polite and the food was good.

This was truly a beautiful experience. The staff for the most part were nice, friendly, and professional. It was relaxing and it’s so cute inside. I love a hotel with personality! And it’s so convenient and in the perfect spot near stores and eating places if you’re wanting a new spot to eat at Politan Row is connected to the hotel as well.

While the rooms are clean and the decor is trendy, the rooms are, on the whole, pretty loud. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and you'll definitely want to use a white noise app or sound machine.

The toilet, sink and shower faucet’s were noisy. We could hear a loud noise in the pipes from other rooms all night long. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. At check-in the associate just stared at me until I said I was checking in. There was no greeting, welcome, or anything. He then proceeded to comment about our sports team that we were wearing in a slightly disparaging way. I guess he was trying to be funny, but it was dry and sarcastic. Not the best approach at check in.
