I really enjoy staying at this hotel, however, there are quite a few flaws that need to be tweaked. If you like good lighting and a shower (no combo) in your bathroom with barn doors... go! Check in is a bit tricky. That should be done via an app or someone at the counter. If you're expecting breakfast, bring your own or order takeout cause that's not happening. My last stay i switched rooms because someone had literally been smoking in it prior to check-in with no blackout curtains.The second room we moved was alright until we later discovered the mattress smelled like piss and i wasn't able to speak to anyone in person by this time. What i will say is as far as being understanding or lenient, that they are and fair be it early/late checkin/out. Yes, they're gonna take $25 out of your deposit for late checkout and don't tell you. But for a quick weekend getaway sure or even something overnight. For the price I don't really agree!

The self check-in may be the most asinine thing I’ve ever encountered. An employee was at the front desk but I had to video call someone that spoke broken English. Place smelled like low grade weed, the bathroom door was broken, the complementary coffee was out of order, and the laundry would cost $7.50 without detergent. If I could give negative stars I would and I rarely complain.

This place was just ok. They had a kios vs a live person to check in. There was a staff member that was nearby to help but didn't get the purpose of the kios if he could just do it and then they charge a service fee to use it which was inconvenience. The phones in the room didn't ring to a front desk person so unfortunately that was inconvenience. They didn't have a snack bar or vending machine at all even though the signs mentioned they have it on the certain floor. They're was an ironing board missing in the room etc. I just feel the place may be still under construction and they need to have all amenities before serving clients.

The vending machines took my money without giving any drinks. I was trying to grab water. They don’t provide you with cups or anything in the room, and there was candy in my hotel floor form the previous occupants. I called and asked for late checkout and was rudely told no.

I reserved room for $116.56. Had to use kiosk to pay and get key. Was told they Charge extra $50 for refundable (?) deposit. When checking my account was actually charged $166.56. and also charged another $50. Somethings Do Not Add Up! Got key went to room couldn't get in. Got help, got door open, no electricity in the room. Had to be placed in a different room and it was directly across from office and check in. Couldn't close blinds. I had been on the road for 9 hours, up since 4 am. Wanted to sleep. Too much light from outside windows. Noise from people checking in. Finally get to sleep and wakened to mgt knocking on door at 9:30 pm wanting the ironing board for another guest that did not have one in their room!! So overcharged $100 for 2 deposits. Waiting to see if I receive the deposit back. Stayed one night. Saturday to Sunday. This is Monday. We shall wait the 48 hours. Not holding my breath. I rarely complain, but Seriously the 9:30 wake up for an ironing board was just putting it over the top.

Not the best experience
I few points for cleanliness. The place smelled a little and quietness is not a good suit. Loud vacuuming 8:30 in the morning on the hallway and always a lot going on at the lobby. The place looks like is ran by a family but the family is always on top of each other. I’d say a little bit of touch for guests coming in would be a little more professional. I would not recommend.

Not a place to send your enemies for the noght
This hotel is quite possibly the worst building I have ever ever been in, yet alone hotel I’ve ever been in. Check in was done via a chat with somebody in a call-center, which was not actually all that bad of an experience. It is quite impersonal if you do like that special touch, but check-in was smooth. Other than that, it was the worst place we’ve ever stayed in our lives. We started out with an elevator that ended up getting stuck. Unfortunately, since there is nobody on staff, that is answering the phones for the building, it went to a quick busy signal. We ended up calling 911 to get somebody to come and save us. Being stuck with a family of five with younger children for nearly half an hour is not my idea if fun on a Friday night after driving 11 hours. There was really no sense of remorse from the staff, although the person that was there doing the laundry was extremely helpful and courteous the entire time. The room – the linens were not clean, and we ended up sleeping in our clothes because we did not feel that it was clean enough to sleep in. Although it was a decently quiet room, it definitely did not feel clean in the end. The “amenities” - if you were looking for extra amenities in the hotel, you are out of luck. The breakfast area was ransacked as it looked like the refrigerator had been pulled out into the middle of the floor and left to sit there. I wish I had more characters to use in this description because I could probably go on for hours.
