Not my worst hotel stay, but definitely a close second! Check-in was smooth thanks to the nice lady at the desk, but things fell apart fast. The business center computers were down, and when I asked the front desk for help as instructed, I got a halfhearted response. Then, my TV went out at 9 pm. After calling down, I was told someone would come up to fix it but an hour and 15 minutes later, no one showed. When I called again, I was told I’d need to switch rooms if I wanted a working TV. By then, I was in bed, unpacked, and in my PJs, so I just said “forget it.” Not even an apology from the staff, just an “OK” and zero interest in helping.

With a Hyatt i expected an excellent property but what i received was above average. Which was OK. Only problem was that the WIFI went down for a critical 12 hour period, cost me a lot in roaming charges.

The property was okay, but it needs to be updated. I encountered an experience I had never had before. Upon arrival at the property, I felt like a criminal; the security guard stopped us before we could enter the lobby and asked us why we were there, if we had a reservation, and what our name was. I had never encountered this process, and I have stayed at better, higher-quality hotels. Also, we were at the North property and they didn't have this process, so why is the South property governed this way? Never again!
