We recently stayed at Hyatt Place for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jason at the front desk, who was truly one of the nicest front desk workers we have ever encountered. His friendliness and professionalism set a positive tone for our stay. The hotel itself was nice, we found the beds to be comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. However, the rooms were a bit smaller than what we’ve experienced in some newer hotels, but they were well-appointed and suited our needs. The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy for us to walk to the Falcons game. We also enjoyed exploring the area, with several great restaurants and attractions nearby, including the World of Coca-Cola, which was a fun highlight of our trip. Our only significant issue was with the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, there was a long wait in line, and we found that there simply wasn't enough food available. The staff struggled to keep the hot food replenished, and items like fruit, bread, and bagels were often empty. This was a bit disappointing, especially given how much we were looking forward to starting our day with a hearty breakfast. In summary, while we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality, improvements are needed in the breakfast service to enhance the overall experience. We would consider staying at Hyatt again, particularly due to its great location and the excellent service from staff like Jason.

Stayed 2 nights with our daughter and pup. Room was smaller than pictured and tight to move around with the pull-out couch out, but it was clean and nice that they put us at the end of the hall so it was quiet for our dog. Not in the greatest part of town and not a lot of grass to potty your dog. Only parking available is valet and it is $55 per night. Overall for what we needed it was great. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at the property until checkout. The bathroom was dirty around the included toiletries and floor but nothing we couldn’t ignore. The issue came the next morning when I saw a $5 charge from the card I put down for the incidentals, which were $50. When I checked out I was notified that valet parking was $55 which the $50 incidentals were taken out of plus the $5 fee from the morning of check-out. When we arrived we were directed up to valet as that was the only form of parking at the hotel and were told to check-in at the front desk by the valet. No mention of cost to park was included in the booking, valet, or check-in. We found out at check-out that we should have received an “info sheet” with the fees and we obviously never did. This would have been a 5 star experience had we been notified of the fee associated with parking, though there is a $20 parking lot directly next door.
