Rude, dirty and room not ready. Questionable chara
I booked this room for my granddaughter who had bought tickets for Impractical Jokers at the Atlanta Symphony Hall. Check in was 3:00 so we could shower and get ready and grab dinner before. There were several people in the lobby waiting and we were all told the rooms weren’t ready because they were being cleaned. Eta was “I don’t know” with no apology, sorry for the inconvenience or politeness whatsoever. We waited for an hour outside where we were begged to let a homeless man wash our windows, and several obvious drug users hanging out. We watched what was an undoubtedly a prostitute go in. It had been an hour with no rooms yet and we were very uncomfortable with the situation so we booked a room at another hotel. I was told No Refund as the room was paid for in advance. Needless to say I was very disappointed and will NEVER book another room at this hotel.

front desk guy wife said when checked in didn't provide a parking space. lazy guy said come back later they did from aquarium new front desk lady wasn't going to give a psrking spot were booked already wife threatened to cancell appt bgo elsewhere after speaking to supervisor she got a parking space

Oliver and rest of staff were cheerful and professional. Room was clean. Only design flaw was shower. Curtain too small. Did not empty quick enough. Both added to water flowing out onto bathroom then rug area. I mean ALOT of water. There was a small area missing rug that allowed tacking to show. We pounded down so as not to get our bare feet hurt.
