Not real Happy. Youbget what you pay for.
There was a nautios smell as youbwalked thru the walkway to the door. The elevator needs work, it feels as if its about to drop. There's homeless people sleeping in the front lobby.

The location was great for travel. The rooms were priced fairly for a moderate environment. The front desk pm greeter was awful. Very preoccupied and not helpful. She was preoccupied with her friends and personal cell phone calls. I didn't bring a blow dryer because it said rooms had them. I asked "her" if there were any...? She said we don't have any. The following morning's staff was excellent. He made hot coffee for me and gave me a blow dryer from the back. He was great.

Hotel on the outside looks amazing but the inside is disgusting. Hotel looks to be undergoing a remodel, water takes forever to heat up. I do not suggest staying here if you can help it. Neighborhood is extremely sketchy.

Overall not great. The website said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast served, "because they were renovating." The room’s floor had some dust and debris when I came in and one of the towels had a long hair on it. The location is noisy, being near the airport. It’s not impossible to sleep, but it is hard to fall asleep. The doors and windows should be soundproofed.

Pro: hot water, toilet paper, fridge, airport shuttle Con: no closet, no microwave, no coffee in room, no breakfast, no TV remote (someone came to the room after second request and got a remote programmed after 40 minutes) Desk clerk chatted on her phone the entire time we checked in, then stopped us when we were going to our room to make sure no one was already in that room. Microwave ovens stacked in the hall. Hallway floor splattered with paint.
