Awful experience
Computers were down. Unable to make key cards. Had to be escorted to and from our rooms every single time we came or left the room. No parking on site. Have to park in the public garage next door and pay for it, or pay for valet. Front desk said we would get $100 credit for dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel for the inconvenience. The credit was paid back to Hotels.com, not my credit card, so I paid for a dinner that I should have been free and I didn’t really even want. Awful experience. We have been trying to get our $100 refund for 3 months now to no avail.
