Nestled next to Canton St. on a peaceful, historic pavered residential street just beyond the hustle & bustle.

Enjoy cooking up some good times and tasty treats in your homebase with a modern kitchen, complete with stainless steal appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and disposal). The kitchen is spacious and provides ample modern, quartz counter space. Cook with full set of pots and pans and cooking utensils. Fridge has an ice-maker and filtered water. You also have a coffee maker, hot water tea kettle and toaster.

Cozy Roswell Cottage

This is the perfect house! My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Roswell Cottage. It's a wonderful location, with so much to do in downtown Roswell. The home was exactly as marketed, it was clean and the check-in/check-out processes were clear. Josh and Wendy were the perfect hosts making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Best VRBO Experience I’ve Ever Had
From booking to check-in to house features, Josh made sure that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. The cottage is absolutely adorable and the location is perfection. 5 minute drive to a hike along the Chattahoochee in the afternoon and then a two minute walk to some of the best dinner and drinks in the evening. Cozy retreat in picture perfect town
My husband, son and I had a wonderful week at the cottage. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were stocked with all necessities. Josh was wonderful to work with and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. I cannot say enough about the town of Roswell and Canton Street especially. We loved being able to walk and try new places each day. And even though the house is steps from all the shops and restaurants, the street was always quiet and calm. This house is a perfect getaway if traveling for Perfect Game baseball tournaments!!! We hope to stay here again next summer!

A quaint cottage in a great neighborhood
I came to town for a medical procedure and stayed at the cottage for 11 days. The rental was very quaint and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Being right around the corner from restaurants and shops was just perfect. I enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the birds and watching all of the squirrels. A perfect cottage
We used this as a home base for sleeping and eating breakfast while in town to see some family. I wish we had booked this for a trip to just explore downtown Roswell. The house was perfectly situated to explore downtown or to access other parts of town. Josh was amazing at communicating and having the house set up before our arrival. There were more amenities in the house than listed. I would stay here again in a heart beat and recommend this place to anyone. In all the places we have stayed over the years, this was more stocked with household goods than I have ever seen!

Oh my gosh!
Where do I begin? Josh was amazing to work with. Very pleasant. Communicates frequently. Kept us up to date with what was happening in Roswell, which helped us getting into town. Roswell has lots of events and it was nice to have the heads up. The house was precious. Very comfy. Close to the action but still tucked away. I slept the best I have in awhile. Chilly AC, washer and dryer. Walking distance to SO many tasty restaurants and drinks. Very exciting and eventful. It is like the most PERFECT little house. Some minor imperfections but I know he and Wendy maintain the house. No big deal. This is my first rental and I look forward to renting again!!!!

The cottage was just perfect for my four-night stay! The combination of a cozy cottage, that has ample space, tasteful, updated decor and easy-to-use fireplace, with a two-minute walk to oh-so-charming Canton Street restaurants and shops can't be beat! And I so appreciate the lists of .restaurants and nearby parks and hikes that the host provided. They all exceed expectations! If you want an easy, full immersion into charming, downtown Roswell living, this is the perfect place to get it.
