I do not smoke and specifically requested a nonsmoking room which at check in I was told I was getting. Once settled in room to sleep the smell of smoke was so strong my lungs hurt breathing the smoke environment. I called the front desk in the morning and was told I should have told them the night I checked in and did not even offer me another room. Kind of upset with what happened.

My experience
This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel it's crucial for people to know about this hotel so they can avoid it and protect themselves from getting sick. The hotel was filthy, smelled awful, and there was the strong odor of cigarette smoke everywhere. As soon as I checked in, I immediately checked out and booked another hotel nearby for the rest of my stay. This place shouldn't even be called a hotel it’s more of a motel. I can't believe the Health Department allows this place to remain in business in such poor condition. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money. I'm now reaching out to my bank for help, and if necessary, I will get my attorney involved. It's not just about the money it's about the deplorable conditions of the hotel. If you want to risk your health, that’s your choice, but I strongly advise against it. I really didn’t want to spend my time doing this, but I think it's important to warn others so they don’t have to go through what I did.
