They must cater to more of an unsavory crowd, they have so many different forms of paperwork to sign before they check you in, the hotel is a bit rundown, and their shuttle service to the airport is sorely lacking, as the Times are only 6 AM to 8 PMp

Most of the basic essential things are out dated. The doesn't work properly. The door is not closing properly. And the breakfast is very poor.

Pool dirty- couldn’t use the pool, which is the main reason we booked this, for the kids. Asked them about it- said they will have it cleaned the next day- Never done. Ugly looking tub- Had to place a towel inside. Toilet gets clogged up easily. Requested for new towels 3-4 days ago and never received fresh towels. They kept stating housekeeping/someone are/will bring them up, came back in the hotel late every night, just to see they didn’t put fresh towels in the room as requested multiple times. Imagine a family of four having to use one towel (they gave us temporarily upon the second request) for 2-3 days. Breakfast:not much of one. They need to mention on the website: “Dine-in only or get charged a fee”. I haven’t personally ever heard of this rule before. Bed-not comfortable. Worse hotel experience ever. Coming from out of state for a visit- that is not we wanted to deal with in a hotel.

A little sketchy, but the sheets and towels were clean. You better adhere to the 11:00am check out or you’ll pay for it. Not me but witnessed a situation with another guest. The rooms were hot because they don’t leave the air on for you. The hair dryer fell off the wall while I was using it. Definitely an odor issue not sure what that’s about. But you get what you pay for a nice quiet sleep.

The elevator and hallway smelled like Mary Jane. Once the food was gone for breakfast there were no restocking so if you weren't an early bird you get no worm. The toilet constantly ran due to aome plumbing issues. Expedia labeled this hotel with a pool but the pool is closed.The room was clean and smelled good. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was convenient.

Horrible, nasty disgusting hotel. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there. I hated it. My room smell like cigarettes. It was super hot in the hallways and super hot in my room. Zero star hotel.

Elevator not working properly. Room dirty and light fixtures missing bulbs. Poor dining area and very limited breakfast items compared to similar hotels offering the same kind of service. The pool was not available during our stay because the chemicals was not done yet, across from our room behind the elevator was a trash bag that smelled so bad as soon as you get out of the elevator through the hallway. the overall condition of the room and facility its poorly maintained.
