Visited ATL with my daugter and stayed here! Very small but modern property! Staff sooo friendly and accommodating from the front to the super nice lady bar tenders! They weren’t even serving me liquor, but was so friendly anytime I asked for anything! Josh, the night manager was my absolute favorite, and so kind and warm and welcoming. This location is close to everything that’s a main attraction and I loved that! Had a few issues in the room which we just adjusted to, but overall a nice stay. We used to love going to this hotel. The more we go, the more disappointed it gets. Last time we stayed, the rooftop had an event which it deferred us from having fun which was the reason we went. There was no body soap, it was empty. The paper toilet holder was broken. What we still enjoyed was the location and view. The drinks were also enjoyable. Best bartender Shay.

The property seems to be very updated with high technology. The problem we had is none of it worked for us. Half the plugs in the room did not work so we couldn;t have coffee. They didn't have any quick fix for us so we just dealt with it as only stayed one night. The music blast from the roof top and lower level all night long so not a good place if you don't like the sounds of a night club.

Cute hotel with no service and dirty bedding
This hotel is conveniently located and looks very trendy. However, the service was not good. From the bartender who was on FaceTime on her phone the whole time I was trying to order food to the front desk that was unresponsive, I arrived in the evening and the first night I was freezing but just stayed. The next day I tried to get assistance. The maintenance came and changed the filter. I went downstairs to find two other folks complaining about no heat as well. They moved me to another room and no heat in there as well. The temps got down to 28 degrees In addition the bedding was dirty
