Got to the hotel only to find out my room was canceled due to a email I never received, had to book it again at a higher rate than I had before. They should call people before they cancel smh!

First room that I went into it smelled like smoke that was covered up with lots of perfume. I got upgraded after I complained, which was amazing. The Club Level was a beautiful room and very clean. The things I did not like was the smell of weed in the elevators, halls, and outside the property. Also, I did not feel safe walking around the property when I could not find a parking spot close to the front door. The staff was very nice and friendly. My suggestion is to inspect your room first, especially if you don't smoke.

EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE! - no restaurant or bar, FALSE ADVERTISING! - toilet ran loudly nonstop. - nasty, dirty, stained sheets that nobody came to change!!! I have pictures as well. - sink overflows every time the water is on. - asked 5 times for someone to come turn the heat off, no one ever did. - you have to share an elevator with the very rude & aggressive maids. I was hit with a dirty sheets & towels basket TWICE! - MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!! - CORPORATE IS HORRIBLE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!

Frist let me start with the positive...Lance at the front desk was very nice. Now let me go into our disappointment. We checked in on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 24 and expected that our room would be clean the following day along with clean towels but that never happened. I called the front desk around 1:00 pm and asked for clean towels to brought before we left our room, they never came. Upon our return at 11:45 pm that night the towels were still not delivered to our room, so we had to go back down to the front desk for towels and to let them know our room was not cleaned. (now we are annoyed). The following morning, we went down for breakfast (which was horrible) with the expectation that our room would be cleaned well that did not happen even though we saw house cleaning on our floor. We went out for a couple of hours came back and our room was still not cleaned (now I am pissed) I went downstairs asked for the manager, explained the situation to be told we have to request for the rooms to be cleaned and for towel changed. I looked at her like she was crazy because I have never experienced this before. What also pissed me off is that there was no sense of urgency, nor did she apologized that our request was not met. So, lets just say we will never stay at this outdated hotel again. Also, the room did not smell freshly cleaned after the lady was finished. They may need to change their cleaning product.
