It was a nice stay. I didn’t get the room that I had originally paid for, but the double queen was okay. The parking prices were a bit outrageous, but that’s Atlanta for you lol I’d be down to stay again!

Older property. Bathtub floods when you take a shower. Room cleaning never came in the 3 days I stayed there. Had issue also upon checkin where hotel attendant did not understand that their checkin time policy says Anytime including next day when you’ve already paid for the room. For this price point, very subpar stay experience compared to similar properties.

Overall the room was fine with a large shower and nice bed and living area. The carpets in the hallway are pretty worn and kind of nasty. The property is fine if you have a car or only going to Uber but a bit inconvenient for walking. It is close to a Whole Foods. My only real complaint is the pricing of the snacks and drinks. On Sunday I wanted a couple beers to watch football. I grabbed two regular sized Coors Lights and the guy said that will be $16.02! Yikes! I can buy a whole case for that! So avoid the snacks and beverages.

No shampoo/body wash
Room didn’t have any shampoo or body wash in shower dispenser. Had to wait until morning to ask when I asked in the evening because house keeping wasn’t there. Called front desk 4 times for refill, took housekeeping over 45 min to bring it to my room.

Very lovely on the outside. The lobby is super nice and comfortable as well. The rooms were average but I had to change rooms twice. First one the AC was not getting as cool as it should and caused a bit of mold to form. Second, the toilet seemed to be leaking and flooded the bathroom floor. The staff we dealt with were extremely accomodating and ensured we changed rooms without any trouble.

I stayed there on 11/4/24 and they charged me an incidental fee of 75$ and stated it would be refunded immediately after checkout. Here it is 11/6/24 and the $75 has not been returned to my credit card.
