After waiting an hour post our check in time we were eventually given a room, however it did not have the sofa bed we booked. After another wait we were eventually given the correct room, however no bedding for the sofa bed. Tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer, eventually went down to the desk after another wait for service at the desk was told they would have it brought to the room. It never arrived and we ended up dividing up the bedding on the main bed. This room had a kitchenette as booked but only had 1 glass. The toilet blocked multiple times during our 3 day stay. One evening we ran out of toilet paper so went down to request some and was told housekeeping would bring some in the morning! We spoke to out guests staying at the same time to find they had similar experiences. I would NEVER stay here again and would recommend anyone else avoids it.

Not a good experience. A/C didn’t work. Maintenance worked on it and it did get better but not great. He did bring us a fan. There was no mattress for the sofa bed and no linens for it. Maintenance did bring us a mattress. I trie$ to call the front desk and the line was busy for 30 minutes or longer. Bright spot - maintenance, Howard, was very nice and tried to make us more comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good.

The property was tired and the staff didn't always seem to know what was happening. The hotel has a Marta station nearby but there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The breakfast was poor and badly serviced re replenishment. The orange juice and cereal ran out on day1 and were never refilled. We were initially sent to a mobilityaccessible room that had not been cleaned from the previous guests and were moved to a hearing accessible room instead which was less supportive. We would never consider going back there.

Property was very unorganized was not informed prior to stay that the lobby was unavailable and we need to arrive at a completely separate lobby. They advertised a pool on the booking however our keycard was not working for access to even get in from the pool. Staff helping with breakfast was rude and made it seem like the guest were constantly inconveniencing them. Check in was 3 and when we arrived to the actual place for check in they said our room wasn’t ready and gave us a 15 minute wait time for the room and was instructed to park in the garage (which was $36 a night which was not specified on anything) however, they did not give me a call about the room until almost 3 hours later. When we finally got to the desk to check in to our room there we had to wait an additional 30 minutes in line as we watched employees stand and not help anyone waiting. As we finally arrived to our room we found that the toilet paper wasn’t replaced, only providing 2 towels, and the shower wasn’t properly cleaned as well as there being spiders in the drain. This truly was not a pleasant stay I had really high hopes for this place.

Good deal hotel in great location.
Nice hotel just right on the midtown and downtown line and right across from the Marta train station for easy access all over Atlanta so you won’t need a rental car if you are visiting and just wanting to see the main tourist sites. Overall, a little older but still nice and a good deal.
