Didn’t honor our room reservation and gave us some other room because they didn’t expect to have so many guests and started remodeling. What’s the point in reserving a specific room type if it’s not going to be honored. They didn’t want to “give” us the last room of our reservation type because they had just painted it that day and the paint was wet and I had a child with me.

Very easy and quick check in, staff was friendly. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable and there were no issues. Unfortunately didn’t get to try the breakfast because we woke up too late but checking out was also easy and the manager I believe gave us a little treat bag with chocolate and mints. We were visiting for a concert at the Gas South Arena so the location was very convenient, there’s also a McDonalds right next to it. Would definitely stay again due to friendliness and convenience and hopefully can try the breakfast next time!
