Had to pay $28 a night for valet parking. Only other choice is park who knows where and have to walk to the hotel. Wasn’t told about a “hold” amount for room until I got an alert on my phone that courtyard took $190 dollars. When I asked one man said it is Expedia and the woman told me a fee for the room. I had paid in full prior to checking in. None of this happened last year. Talked about breakfast and dinner but restaurant was closed for dinner. Maid service didn’t come to the room on Monday to take the trash let alone make the beds. Was a disappointment from the previous year. Casinos don’t even charge $28 a night for valet parking.

Really solid spot. It’s maybe a tier down in terms of quality you would find at a courtyard but it was pretty solid. One gripe I really had was about the valet parking. $28/day for overnight but the valet staff was very timely and organized. Area around is a mix of everything. Travelers, locals, and kids. It’s definitely a weird mix and I wouldn’t recommend walking around close to the hotel. But there are plenty of beaches, boardwalks, and options around the area.

Sadly, Atlantic City has become an undesirable location to visit. This hotel has no convenient amenities. Parking was extremely expensive and my car was parked in a vulnerable spot. I won’t be back.

Staff were great and pleasant but one was tremendous. Estelle at the bistro was friendly, authentic and made us feel at home as if we were family. Self-parking options would have been nice. Valet was quick and courteous. Carpet was mostly clean but had obvious missed areas from previous guests. Bathroom was a bit awkward in design and had a broken toilet seat lid but otherwise usable. Rooms were a bit muggy likely due to the recent weather but had a RH of 77 that made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Rooms were quiet and relaxing otherwise.
