The room was clean. The keurig was nice instead of a regular coffee maker. The workout facility was small, but enough equipment for a quick workout. Hot/cold breakfast was perfect for a bite to eat before leaving.

Looking at the website I thought this hotel look amazing. We were taking our three children to Brigantine for a couple of nights and wanted to stay local. The room we were in 308 had a broken handle on the bathroom door- old discolored toilet- the shower knob you pull up to release the shower water through the head hardly pulled up. Most of the water was coming out of the tub faucet instead of the shower head- the main door never shut unless you slammed it and the last day saw ants. As far as the facility, my son was walking in the pool area and all of the sudden his foot started to bleed- I noticed a piece of glass on the floor and ran to the front desk to get a bandage and ointment (which they didn’t have). Following this incident- there was toilet paper in the hot tub - just gross. I went back and told the desk again. Upon leaving was never asked how our stay was because if so I would have told her. Ugh! $300 later- never again. What a disappointment.

Generally love holiday inn express. Our check in wasn’t the best. We went all the way up to the room and it wasn’t clean or ready. I had to back downstairs and get new room. After that the room had some mechanical issues but overall nice stay.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The staff were wonderful! The room was very clean including the bathroom! The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and clean! The best thing was the breakfast they provided every morning!! Everything was so fresh! The pancakes, eggs, sausage, ham, and potatoes were my favorite!! Also you can have hot tea and coffee 24/7!! I will definitely be staying here again!!

The breakfast was very good, each days different with a lot of choices, first time in hotels in many years. Room clean everyday and the bed too, not too much hotels do this since the pandemic. A very nice sejour and I will come again to this hotel ! 5 stars !

The property itself was perfect for our weekend getaway. We stayed there to visit the water park in Atlantic City. It was only 17 mins away. There are plenty of food options in the area and my girls loved the pool.

Not as nice of a place as reviews me make it seem.
At check-in I was not informed that my room was not what I booked. I got a king bed and a pull-out couch, I booked 2 queen size beds as I was traveling with my two children. I return to the front desk to report what must have been a mistake, the employee at the front desk said "well that's all we have". I'm wondering why it would allow me to reserve one type of room if it wasn't available. I was told "all I can do is offer you a full refund for the room" implying I would get a refund but I cannot stay at the hotel. I had no choice but to take this room, it was very uncomfortable for three people to sleep in one bed. The A/C in the room barely worked, trying to sleep was very uncomfortable could not sleep with any covers on. The towels had hair in it from previous guests. Drinking cups looked as if they were used and put back into the plastic coverings. The pool and pool sitting area is not clean. The hot tub had a greasy oily film on the surface of the water. The shower in the pool area barely worked spraying and leaking all over the place, just a big mess. There was trash in the hallways from other guests and was still there the next morning on checkout. Hotel description stated Continental breakfast starting at 6:30 a.m. we were checking out at around 6:45 a.m. and nothing was even being set up for breakfast, there was no one to be found around at all. I had no choice but to purchase breakfast outside on the go. Overall, just disappointed.
