Casita Perla offers the possibility of enjoying it as a complete stay for maximum privacy or by rooms, sharing the charming common areas with other guests.

Upon booking, you will receive an access code to the exterior safe, where you can securely collect your key and easily access your room, guided by the map and signage inside the house.

If you prefer a more personalized welcome, our concierge will be happy to greet you with a refreshing drink and a local snack to get your experience started right from the start.

Check-in from 3:00 p.m. (with the option to drop off luggage earlier, upon prior arrangement).
Check-out at noon, ensuring that each guest enjoys an impeccable space.
If you wish to extend your stay, please consult with the concierge; it will be subject to availability and an additional charge.

24 Hour Personalized Attention
The host is the caretaker of Casita Perla and resides in a separate room in the basement of the house. He is available 24 hours a day to help you with any needs or questions you may have during your stay.

His access is completely independent, either through the easement path or by going down from the pool terrace to the machine room. To contact him, you can call or text him with total comfort.

To guarantee your privacy, his room has external blinds, ensuring a quiet and exclusive stay.

Interaction with him is completely optional; his only mission is to take care of the property and offer you an honest and discreet service so you can enjoy your experience at Casita Perla to the fullest.
