This modern apartment has been newly furnished with beautiful, clean selections and is ready for you to show up and relax! Enjoy easy, plentiful parking. One space provided at the complex. Second floor access is easy with multiple staircases. Washer and dryer in unit are provided.

The main bedroom features en suite, flat screen television, king bed, and room darkening shades. The balcony patio is newly outfitted with chairs and is ready to help you unwind after a long day of travel.

Enjoy a brand new rental managed by Auburn's largest and premier Short Term Rental company, Magnolia Linen Company. Seasoned STR management means all of your questions will be answered quickly and every detail has been seen to.

The complex has a beautiful pool our guests are welcome to enjoy.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

This is a great apartment for a game day weekend for two! We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk into town, to the fraternity house, to the stadium and more! It is decorated in authentic Auburn style and you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. It is well appointed and spacious! We would definitely stay again!

This apartment was 2 blocks from my daughter’s apartment. It was so convenient. It was very clean and well equipped. Best of all, it had a wonderfully comfortable bed. I enjoyed drinking my coffee out on the balcony in the morning, looking at the Auburn water tower!

I stayed here for 3 nights while my child attended a camp at Auburn University. The WiFi was good, and I had no problem working remotely. Exactly as pictured - very nice linens, clean. No complaints whatsoever. As an FYI, I did notice that some cutlery and dishes were not clean when I tried to use them, so I'm not sure if the dishwasher from a prior renter hadn't worked, or if they'd been placed in the cabinet without having been washed. I put them all in the dishwasher, and it did not affect my view of this condo at all. 10-15 minute walk to downtown and campus, nice pool. Fluffy towels were a bonus, as was having a washer and dryer in the unit! If I am in Auburn again, this would be a top choice!

This is my 2nd time staying here - clean, uncluttered and well decorated, has everything you need if you choose to cook. Know that there will be college age students making revelry when coming home after a fun night out - but it only adds to the college town vibes! Great location and within walking distance to everything around campus!

Great little spot!
The perfect spot for us to come to visit our boys. Great location - we walked downtown. The apartment was cute, clean and just what we needed. IF you are a light sleeper, I would bring a little sound machine as it is a complex with college kids and there’s a frat house right there. It didn’t bother us at all and we embrace the college life when we go visit, but I can imagine some might be irritated. A simple sound machine would do the trick! It’s a great place!

We were in town for an event on campus. Campus was a short walk away. Jordan Hare is at most a 15 minute walk. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable. We would definitely stay again
