Staff was super helpful and friendly. I had to leave early because of storm Debby. They simply cancelled my second night with no further charges and also took care of my parking . I had paid for 2 nights but only stayed one night of parking so they made sure I only paid for one. It was very easy with no issues! Rooms and common areas were clean. Valet staff was also friendly and helpful.

A special experience
I am beyond impressed by the quality of service the hotel staff provides. They are genuine, caring and professional. My mother, 5 yr old son and I stayed at the hotel last weekend for my graduation. At the end of the day both my son and mother were tired from travel and activities, so I dined at the hotel restaurant both evenings. The energy everywhere was uplifting and hospitable. I felt like everyone I interacted with (including staff) was a dear friend of mine. There were no strangers. On occasion I would go down to the lobby to ask a question and end up staying at least 30 minutes talking to the welcoming staff and guests. The people are so personable and made me feel at home. My experience at the Auburn University Hotel is one that will never be forgotten. Props to management for top notch training and recruitment! A special thank you to Y, E, B, G and N for making me feel special. Only included first initials per feedback policy.
