Cozy Country Cottage
The lodging was just beautiful; well appointed and stocked, very nicely decorated. Our host was very attentive to our needs and very quick to respond to questions and requests. I would give this property and its location and value the highest rating possible.

20th Anniversary Trip
We visited Scotland to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We loved our stay at the cottage! It’s just as charming as it appears in the online photos. It was a convenient “home base” for exploring several parts of Scotland. Katie and John were amazing hosts. They (and everyone we met in Scotland) were so warm and friendly. We’d love to get back to stay at the cottage one day!

Arns cottage
The renovation of the cottage was very well done. That being said neither my wife nor I were a fan of the tub/Shower situation. The directions to get to the cottage from the highway were not not as concise as they could be. We did stop for assistance from a neighbor at one point. The dirt road was longer than expected and the cottage, although very nice, was well off of the beaten track. We had trouble with the Wifi throughout or stay but could have been weather related as it was rainy and foggy for our time there. My spouse and I were usually going in two different directions so not a very walkable location for us. That being said, for a group looking to spend quiet time in the country in a very comfortable surrounding then this is the spot. I can easily recommend this beautiful cottage going forward, but for us it was just not the right fit.

We came for our 2nd anniversary. Literally the cutest cottage! When I couldn't get my email with check in instructions Katie went to great lengths to ensure I understood how to get there. She treated us like family. She even left us some food items to get us started with our stay. We would 100% stay here again. Absolutely charming.

Wonderful Stay For Our Family!
We had a great time staying here for this trip. It was the absolutely perfect location and cottage. The only thing we were upset with, was that we decided to stay in Edinburgh for the last 2 days of our trip to Scotland, and boy that was a mistake, we should have stayed here and explored the area more! The location is very central to a lot of the really cool things to see in Scotland. Castles, villages, mountains, and the train station are all nearby. I will say in that area though (this is not a bad thing about the property)...make sure you get dinner reservations at the dinner places around there! haha. We didn't understand that until about the 3rd day. Once we figured out to get reservations, dinners went great! Thank you for your hospitality, Katie, we cannot wait to get back. My two teenage daughters list Taylor Swift as their favorite part of the trip, and your place as their second favorite, haha. I think that's pretty good!

Fantastic cosy cottage
We had a wonderful stay here. The cottage had everything we could ever need and was so quiet and peaceful. It was also immaculately clean and well set out. Location excellent and we enjoyed the short walk to Auchterarder town most days. We will definitely return! 5*******
