Situated on the water, this stunning villa opens through glass sliding doors to an expansive entertainment deck with corner lounger and large fireplace. Down onto the lawn and then through a gate directly onto the beach. On arrival, soak in the peace and quiet while enjoying homemade treats with a hot beverage. A walk along the beach, then as the sun sets in brilliant shades of red and gold, sip a wine in front of the outdoor fire. Fall asleep to the sound of the tide lapping onto the sand. Wake up and prepare your continental breakfast before setting off to explore the various local attractions.
The bottom floor of this tranquil beachfront home is exclusively for your use and has a private entrance.
Location
This property is located just 50 minutes from central Auckland, but only 25 minutes from the motorway, Clarks Beach has a small village feel. You can get fish and chips at the local takeaway, have dinner at the restaurant or buy a few supplies at the dairy, all found just one minute up the road from your holiday home.
Activities
The wide vista across the waters of the Manukau Harbour is ever-changing and always breath-taking. You can kayak, fish, hunt for shellfish at low tide (seasonal), go for long walks along the beach or just lie in the sun. If you can pull yourself away from the water, there is a first-class golf course just up the road, and the immediate area has many attractions, like Spookers’ haunted activities, Awhitu Regional Park and lighthouse, Asylum paintball, the Glenbrook Vintage Railway trips, Kariotahi’s black sand beach, CCT lavender farm and café or the Steel Mills guided tours. There are various nearby dining options including restaurants and takeaways.
