Great location this spacious 2 bedrm apartment is opposite the Hilton Hotel. Short stroll to the finest dining establishments & the heart of the Viaduct & CBD A little rundown , it t does have everything you need to be self catering. Ferry's to the harbour island and transport hubs just down the road.
The Space:
A spacious open plan layout with large doors that open up to exterior balcony. Fully equipped to ensure you have a very pleasant stay. Full kitchen and bathroom and two good sized bedrooms. Comfortable and cosy with heat pump / air conditioning, this is your home away from home.
Guest Access:
Check in is convenient via lock box at the Luggage Hotel based on Princes Wharf.
Full check in details will be sent to you 1 day before you are due to arrive.
The Neighborhood:
Princes Wharf is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Aucklands most desired real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment across the road offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina, the ferry building is 5 mins walk and the Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by.
Getting Around:
The iconic Auckland ferry building is 5 mins walk with regular ferry services to some of Aucklands most pristine islands. The Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by and taxis are all available at the entrance to Princes Wharf. The Auckland Explorer Bus is the city's original hop on hop off sightseeing tour and pick up is across the road from Princes Wharf. This apartment is a great place but is showing some signs of its age and wear & tear especially after the severe weather Auckland has had.

• NO PARTIES / GATHERING / EVENTS (formal or informal unless pre- approved by Pillo)
• NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR. Please be respectful of all residents in the building & surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including all areas inside, outside any balcony/deck, common areas & on the street. There is a noise CURFEW from 10pm to 9am.
• NO illegal substances or activity are allowed
• No smoking, vaping or e- cigarettes
Pillo violation charge for any breach is $250 (per breach) plus any building management & or security charges ($250 per notification) & any additional third party charges relating to the breach. If there is a party /event or gathering then the property is automatically spring cleaned including a full carpet clean. Guest charge is min $450.
• CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning and rubbish removal of $200. If carpet requires cleaning because of your actions, an additional $200 is payable.
• If you LOCK YOURSELF OUT / LOOSE A KEY or swipe you are responsible for any charges the Building management and Pillo may charge for your re-entry and replacement costs
• NO PETS are allowed on the premises unless pre – approved by Pillo
• SOFA-BED: Please request use of any additional beds. There is a minimum charge for supply and laundering of additional bed linens.
