We had a lovely room. Great views. Very clean. Quality amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit noisy as we were near the lifts, and you could hear a rumble from the movement

Tiny rooms!! Our vehicle got broken into in the ‘hotel carpark’ which is located up and across the road. For some reason only 1 person cooks any eggs, upon ordering, for the buffet, meaning there is always a big line. Clearly it doesn’t work.

Nice rooms and check in staff were great. Close to Sky city and other attractions. Breakfast options in the restaurant were very limited and the egg cook was not a people person. Shower was terrible, no pressure and warm water lasted about 5 minutes.

The hotel is very new, has all of the modern amenities, the staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the shower and cleanliness of the entire facility. Very reasonably priced and well located.

Accidentally booked here as i thkight i was booking the one closer to viaduct. But this one is way nicer! Clean, quiet room, comfy bed and decent shower. The only thing is I thought they had parking but they don't. They'll tell you to park at Wilsons on Hobson st, but as I was only staying one night I went for Nelson St, $10 overnight. Will likely stay here again.
