Our property is a contemporary residence situated on the edge of Barry Curtis Park, one of Auckland’s most expansive nature reserves. The warmth and elegance of Scandinavian design are the most dazzling features of our properties. Ample open plan kitchen and living areas extend onto a private outdoor patio giving you space to cook, entertain, dine and unwind.
Our property is located within a 30-minute drive of the Auckland CBD and 20 minutes from Auckland international airport.
The space
The property is divided into two levels. Downstairs features an open-plan kitchen, a large living-dining area and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a full bathroom and a half bathroom, each bedroom is equipped with a closet.
Guest access
You are renting out the whole property, therefore guests can use any space in the house.
Other things to note
* All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
* Baby cots or bassinets are only available before arrival and upon request.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited.
