Furnished with a variety of bohemian-inspired decor, the atmosphere feels modern and comfortable. This 2-bedroom holiday home comes with everything you need to ditch your work attire for some sunnies and jandals and completely unwind.

From a BBQ to spark up over the summer months and prepare that classic kiwi eggs and bacon or the spacious deck to hang out and enjoy a glass of wine on while immersing yourself with nature around.
With all-day sun, good insulation and double glazing this is a great year-round retreat.

Take a scenic 8-minute stroll down to Onetangi Bay and soak up the sunshine as you walk along the beachfront. Stop by some of the local cafes and restaurants and have your morning coffee with views of the ocean. If you're feeling adventurous, there are plenty of places to check out the island, such as the local wineries like Tantalus Estate, Mudbrick Restaurant and Vineyard, and Cable Bay Vineyards all within a 20-minute drive.

As well as being located on a major bus route linking Onetangi, Ostend, Oneroa, and the Matiatia ferry terminal, travel around the island with ease.

Great place - well appointed- close to Onetangi! Amazing bird life and serene bush setting. Ps ..Take some fly spray the mozzies were ruthless. The driveway really is steep!
