Our last night the key didn’t work. I went back down to desk… there was no one behind the desk for 20 minutes! I yelled hello like 5 times, knocked on the door I even went behind the desk to look. I called the hotel from my phone and the desk phone in front of me rang… finally done one slowly walked out… really weird odd experience. I'll never stay at one of these joints again. The bathroom could’ve been much cleaner. The toilet had a stain in it. The shower had pubic hairs in them from previous guess. YUCK! Thank goodness for my shower sandals. Not to mention, the fire alarm went off waking up everyone with a small kitchen in their rooms. Overall experience wasn’t bad, expect the bathroom. DO BETTER WITH CLEANING THE BATHROOMS PLEASE!!

Hello, when we arrived to check in, we waited a while for someone to check us in. When asked if anyone was running the front desk in a amplified tone of voice, one finally came out and said "maybe". So the tone was set. Room was good and bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast is a joke. Grab and go means, plastic wrapped stuff and nothing else. Never again.

Wakendah was the most kind and gracious host at the hotel! As soon as we got there, she made us feel like we were at home. When we came back the next day, she welcomed us back with a smile and asked about our day! So thankful for sweet people who made our stay so amazing.

When we arrived in the evening the 2 young women at desk were loath to look up from their phones. No eye contact, no smiles & no welcome. Check in was arduous as one was training the other and the process seemed endless. The hallway to our room was FREEZING! The room was nice, akin to an elegant dorm room. Microwave & frig but nothing else. The bathroom ceiling vent had not been cleaned in a very long time. Only shampoo and 1bar of soap. Guests have to call front desk and have additional items brought to room. The breakfast was really weak-box or packaged cereals and breakfast bars. No juice or fruit or anything fresh. There was a young man in the morning working at the front desk who was very professional, kind and cheerful.
