Reserved a room with hot tub only to drive 2 hrs and was told that it is in operable. Was in an motorcyle accident and really wanted to soak my muscles! So i lost out on that one other than that regular room was pretty good

I love this hotel it's so peaceful, quiet, and clean. They are so organized.All families with kids stay on the 3rd floor which makes it so kid friendly and also they don't charge deposits which is a A for me and they also have 40 inch smart TVs the only hotel in Augusta that do and also offer breakfast.

My shower didn’t work. There was no way to switch the water to shower. The breakfast was supposed to until 9:30, but there was nothing available at 9:15. I needed a baby crib. They do not provide anything to accommodate a 1 year old to sleep in. I asked for extra pillows instead- didn’t get that either.

The owners are so nice, courteous, and wonderful. They try to get to know you on a personal basis like you are family. We absolutely love them, and would not think of staying anywhere else besides there.
