Quick Austin trip.
Stayed at the hotel twice, at the beginning and end of a week long trip. First night there was a leak in the bathroom but overall good. Second night there were not issues except it took too long to check-in in the evening because the front clerk was busy delivering food to another guest, so they were either short staffed or don’t hire enough people in the evenings.

This is one of the nicer aloft hotels. All was well the whole stay except for check out. I was in a hurry, but the one front desk person was nowhere to be found. There were at least three of us waiting around. I ended up just leaving my key card at the desk and leaving.
