The property staff was great BUT the CLEANING CREW has a habit of taking your towels to be cleaned and will NOT bring you replacements, instead they go home and doesn't return until the next work day

Smells like smoke I requested for a room change they gave me another room same terrible cigarette smells and I said I want my old room back since I have not moved into the new room next door the receptionist stated yelling saying she canā€™t keep changing me mind you I had to sleep in the old room because this same lady said I should have rejected the room before moving in. I requested for an air freshener they sprayed some liquid thing on the fabric hung on the window.

This place is in a very unsafe area. We didnt even stay. It looked like a 2hr motel and there were men everywhere. Lost our money on this. Do not recommend.
