The Neighborhood:
Allandale is a traditional, family-friendly neighborhood featuring quiet streets lined with mature trees and updated homes from the mid-20th century. Situated along Shoal Creek, the Beverly S. Sheffield Northwest District Park offers sports courts, a pool and a duck pond. Burnet Road, the area's main commercial strip, provides dining options ranging from creative taco joints to foodie hot spots to relaxed pubs.

Getting Around:
We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austinā€™s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc.

- Parking is first-come-first-serve
- There are laundry machines inside of the unit and an onsite coin-operated laundry center
- We would love to welcome guests who book our apartment the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
- The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.

Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER pet cleaning fee applies :

1- 4 Nights : $25 Per Night
5-29 Nights : $200
30+ Nights : $300

Awesome Studio in Austin
The room was great! We found everything we needed for our stay and found the bed to be a good nights rest. The area is far enough from traffic in the city but a quick drive into downtown Austin.

Loved the heated bathroom floor!! Normal rate would be perfect but was over double during eclipse weekend! Heated bathroom floor was awesome! Quick response from owners but not always resolving issues!! Was very clean, especially for how old it was! Did I mention the heated bathroom floor?
