Owners Great - VBRO Responsiveness not so much
Eleanor was extremely responsive to our needs from check-in to follow up. We noted a few items needing attention upon arrival and she saw they were taken care of.
We did have to cut our stay due to the new coronavirus and she has been working diligently to secure us a partial refund for our stay. VRBO, however, has not been working effectively with her in that regard.

A great place to stay. Clean with lots of room. Easy access from highway and quiet neighborhood. Deposits refunded with no delays. I would definitely stay there again when I return to Austin area.

Great location
Very comfortable home. Lauren the property manager was very attentive to any questions/concerns we had. The pools/park area are the gems of this property if you have kids. The kitchen tools were a bit lacking for us, but we realize things get broken or lost. I’m sure this will be corrected since we relayed this info to Lauren. Great area for early morning walks and close to shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Chateau. Everything was clean and welcoming. I would recommend this Home away to any one who will be needing a place to stay in the Cedar Park, Leander area. This was the first time we used Home Away and it was a great experience. Thanks!
