After days of exploring Austin, end each night back outside around the firepit by the pool. When you want to explore, hiking trails, parks, golf courses, Lake Travis, shopping, restaurants, and other amenities are all a quick drive away. Events in the area to enjoy, ACL, SXSW and F1. While being able to get out of the congestion of the city and enjoy the quiet neighborhood, pool, and grill.

Inside this traditional brick home, you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors, multiple gathering spaces, and abundant natural light. Whip up favorite recipes in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then serve up the crew at the window-front dining table or breakfast bar. Budding musicians will love the grand piano, and remote workers will love the free WiFi and dedicated office space.

Both the family room and bonus room feature streaming-capable TVs, and a variety of board games round out the entertainment options. Central AC and a washer/dryer add another layer of comfort. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
