With two open living spaces and five private bedrooms, this spacious Duplex is perfect for large groups of friends or family. Just minutes from Downtown Austin and popular event venues, you can explore the city and enjoy a short commute home no matter where you’re heading!
Each living room is equipped with a 50" TV and cable. Curl up on the comfortable couches to enjoy your favorite film or read a good book! The main floor’s living room features large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the main patio and neighboring trees. Each level of the home is also fitted with a fully-stocked kitchen where you can whip up memorable meals to be enjoyed at either of the formal dining tables.
Three bedrooms, including the Master, and two bathrooms are located in the upstairs unit. The Master bathroom features an XL bathtub perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring Austin. On the side of the property, you’ll find a staircase leading down to a second, shaded patio as well as the lower unit entrance which has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (please note, these units are not connected).
Guests will enjoy complimentary coffee, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private laundry room with washing machine/dryer.
The house is a 7-minute walk to Zilker Park (site of Austin City Limity Music Festival or ACL), Barton Springs, Austin's famous 12-mile hike-and-bike trail, bike rentals, restaurants & bars. We are close to several greenbelt access points, so enjoy a hike in the city and explore our beautiful waterway! Our street is quiet and very safe with wonderful neighbors. It's extremely convenient to take an Uber or Lyft, or simply walk or bike to several restaurants and bars on South Lamar.
We have free parking for up to 4 vehicles in our driveway. There is additional free parking on the street.

This is NOT a party residence and we do not accept any rowdy groups! If a party is thrown during your stay or there are disturbances to neighbors, your reservation will quickly be terminated without a refund. Responsible bachelorette groups are accepted but will need to provide information about their group prior to booking.
