New, clean, and comfortable property except for the loud live music at the bar on the first floor which you can hear the drum beat on the third floor until 11pm, when the bar closes!!! Another thing I didn’t like is the sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom which doesn’t close all the way and have a lock on it! Loved the big TVs and the breakfast (as always of course!)

We were in the handicapped room. I prefer not to be in the handicapped room. I made my reservation weeks...I really think it was a couple of months in advance. The shower head would not stay in place and made showering difficult for me and especially for my 6'4" husband. We couldn't figure out how to get the overhead shower head to spray. Showering was not a good experience. Everything else was perfect.

The A/C went out and the hotel was completely booked. My room was 80 degrees! I complained to the front desk and the attempts to fix it were not successful. Why did they not call an emergency electrician to fix the issue? Why was no refund offered? Why was nothing said to me as I checked out? Terrible service!

We liked the free drinks and breakfast. Our room had dog hair on the floor and were woken up to a loud dog barking next door. Other than that it was conveniently located to the shopping outlets and comfortable.
