Wonderful hotel with a terribly slick floor.
We love this hotel, wonderful staff, free breakfast that you can order omelets or eggs cooked to your liking. The suite we had was a very spacious room and it has a in door pool. The only bad thing is the bathroom floor is so slippery that I fell getting out of the tub and I am handicap so I really got hurt and now I have to go see a surgeon and I informed the front desk and I never even received an apology.I will now have to have to have surgery soon so our next trip up there is not going to happen.

Why didn’t housekeeping seem to be aware we were staying 3 nights? Knocking at the door at 8:00 am for service was frustrating, and then no where to be found for fresh towels. Has to ask at the front desk. The bar wait staff was super great. The same could not be said of the hostess station. Not friendly, no smiles just rude. The hotel itself was lovely and the included breakfast was above average for hotel buffet style.

As a single woman checking into the hotel, I did not appreciate the young man asking if I was alone. This was not just once but several times. There is no reason for this. Just give me the two room keys I asked for and stopping asking.

Nice hotel upon arrival, friendly, however rooms were hot at night, I was skeptical when I saw this on the reviews before arriving. I asked at checking if they had ac issues... But we all in all areas at night. Kids were sweating! For the money breakfast great, but you must request your room to be cleaned if you want this for the money...
