Shower was weak flow. A/C in room was ok. Never got really cold. Drawers in dresser were not wiped for your clothes. Very dusty. Could’ve had more selections for stations on the TV

We only stayed one night but found the staff friendly, our room clean and well maintained. The parking garage is covered and on site with easy in and out access. I’m not familiar with the area and the going rate for parking, but the self parking was $52 for one night. I thought that was a little pricey but it may have been the going rate for the area. Also I recommend if you’re staying there make sure you bring your own water as the water isn’t free and is pricey. The gym facility is awesome! Very well equipped.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many bars/lounges/food trucks/restaurants within walking distance. Will recommend and will be staying there again in the future.

Oh Hilton claiming to be a 4 star hotel…. I’ve seen motels better up kept. Let’s begin with the skyline view room. 18th floor… ok good start. Look out the window looking at the middle of other buildings. Not exactly a skyline. Then looking down seeing a roof with trash piled on it. Seriously? I pay all this money for a 4 star hotel and this is the view I get? Moving on. Room itself is nicely sized. King bed. Comfy couch. Has a mini fridge. Ok but where’s my microwave? Once again even some motels have microwaves! Breakfast is NOT included but you can buy it for $31/day per person. Other hotels include it. The bathroom…. Mirror has visible damage, air vents are not regularly cleaned. Shower head shows buildup. Though toilet flushes! Hooray for that. Pool area is relatively small. Cool that it’s on the roof of the 8th story but hot tub is well just barely hot and has very few jets. I can get a better one for the backyard for the price of a couple of nights here. Pool, didn’t jump in but was overfilled and splashing onto the floor with every breeze. Internet… they give you a password, but for what? The WiFi is an open (thus dangerous) network which any hacker can get onto with no security. God forbid you try to use vpn with it, you can’t browse anything then. If you want faster internet it will cost you. People what year do we live in that a 4 star hotel isn’t giving you free secure high speed internet?! Sometimes forget to take trash

Sharing feedback mainly for the fact that our room had a broken, non functioning fridge. First time in Austin, and we had Terry Black's. Came back and put it into the fridge because we had a lot of leftovers and wanted to save it for the next day, come to find out when we opened the fridge back up the next day, the fridge was not working and our food went bad. Such a shame because we spent so much money.

Disappointed

Terrible. Tiny room, no AC, and the shower leaked into the room. Which sucked because the shower was basically in the bedroom because my room was so small.
