This hotel was great! Top notch customer service. 8th floor bar was lovely. Loved breakfast at the hotel’s beautiful restaurant. Easy walking distance to 6th street and all the activity. Great rooms too! My only complaint is that there should be complimentary coffee either in the room or somewhere! There are expresso machines in the room, but many people don’t drink expresso. They are doing a renovation soon is what the buzz was when I was there.

I really liked the fact that we were able to upgrade our room for only $20, the valet services were also very convenient and it was easy to request my car. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful.

I ordered room service and it was taken to the wrong room and had to call again to find out why it was taking so long. They did get the food delivered and refunded the charge, which I appreciated. I called and asked for an extra pillow and took a second phone call and 45 minutes to receive, which is a really long time when I was tired and ready to sleep.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt. Great customer service. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Last day there our car wouldn’t start and the manager Bri gave us a jump, I really appreciate her for that. I recommend this place a 10/10. Thank you for everything. We enjoyed ourselves
