The elevator was super old and sounded like it was about to break. The hotel had 2 separate ā€œwingsā€ we took the wrong elevator to get to our room. There were no clear signs directing us to the correct elevator for our room.

Computer was down so couldn't check in. Their IT service would not respond at all to calls. Sat in the lobby like a bunch of sheep and eventually had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. Cost me a last minute high rate somewhere else plus an additional Uber ride and a lost night's sleep. No explanation, no return calls.
