Due to updated building security requirements, only one device can remain logged in at a time. If we are unable to reach you, we will notify you of our attempt and you will need to contact us back. Rest assured, we will also provide alternate pedestrian gate access instructions should you be unable to set up the smartphone access.
*One bedroom closet in the second bedroom will be locked and not accessible to guests as that is where we store our cleaning supplies and other essentials. Only our cleaning/maintenance team has access to that. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are various other closets in the entire apartment to store your belongings.
*Please note there are some slight glue streaks caused by glue from a previous guest on the master bedroom mirror. We are in the process of sourcing the proper equipment to remove these streaks, however the mirror and bathroom have been cleaned and disinfected for use

We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish.
The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.
Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each guest checks out. In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the area.
Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection
