Hilltop Haven is a gorgeous lake front luxury home with a private infinity pool, hot tub, and boat dock on Devil's Cove.
This home has been featured on the TV show "Staycation" on CBS. Yes, Hilltop Haven is that extraordinary!
This beauty is located in the exclusive North Shore section of the Hollows Resort Gated Community. (With the rental you have access to the to all the resort's amenities available such as the North Shore Marina, Wild Hare Resturant, workout facilities, Infinity pool and spa, play ground, pickle ball courts, and miles of trails for exploring on the golf cart or hiking).
This 2-story home is loaded with amenities and breathtaking views. There are 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths which is a sprawling 4200 square feet of indoor living space. Maximum occupancy for over night guests is 10.
Upstairs there are 3 king size bedrooms, a bunk room with 2 singles, 2 trundles, and two double beds, a game room and loft with 65" TV. There is a balcony with seating and another dining area and access to the pool area by outside stairs. Downstairs there is a large living room with 75" TV, gourmet kitchen, dinning area and the master en-suite which includes a king size bed, jetted tub, dual entry rain showers and private access to the pool deck.
Outside there is a large patio with pool/ spa, summer kitchen, outdoor fireplace and two balconies overlooking the lake.
The house has a private dock with seating, large floating mat, and 2 kayaks for rent. There are two slips.

Just An Amazing Property
If you are looking for a property to vacation with a large group, this is your place. The house is beautiful with breath taking views of lake travis and surrounding areas. Everyone had such a good time, we swam off the pool on the lily pad, cooked dinner on the grill by pool, hung out in the hot tub, just a great time. Thank you so much

My family and I (10 of us total + 1 dog) absolutely enjoyed this property. We were very comfortable and never felt like we were on top of each other as this house is very spacious. We were also able to utilize the heated pool and hot tub with gorgeous Lake Travis and Texas hill country views in the middle of December! Would recommend for larger groups.

The home was very clean with unparalleled views. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Takes about 40 minutes to get to downtown Austin or a Longhorns game. We had a couple of small issues with heating the spa and a ceiling fan but communication was good and we got most the issues quickly resolved. I highly recommend this property and we plan to stay here again.

The house was more than what we expected location was great. Close to stores restaurants in Lago Vista. The only downside was the lake was very low at the dock. We will def come back when the lake is recovering. Stephanie the property manager was always available via phone if you needed something.

We loved our stay at this property. The views were amazing and the outdoor space was everything we needed, even though the weather didn’t cooperate like we wanted it to. The neighborhood is beautiful. The only drawback of the entire place is it is at least a 15 minute drive to anywhere, but the house makes it worth it!! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again without a doubt!

House was as described and perfect for our group. It was clean, and well stocked with things like towels, and odds and ends kitchen things to make the trip easy. The backyard with the pool and hot tub were where we spent pretty much all day and loved the views. Definitely would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for a week and everything was perfect. The house was clean and gorgeous. We used the dock to rent a boat one day and the pool overlooked the lake. The neighborhood was beautiful and I used the gym at the main resort frequently. Nothing but compliments and I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of ten adults, teens, and children stayed here for 4 nights. The accommodations are outstanding; the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed, the pool and patio are wonderful. We do one of these vrbo trips annually and this is the best house we've found in the last 6 years. We would definitely go back.

Great stay on Lake Travis
Our multi-generational family stayed for several days at this great house on the lake. Access to the dock was quite a climb, but our group, ages 1-73, managed. We chose this property because it had a dock and a pool. One of our families has a boat on Lake Travis so we were able to enjoy all the amenities and lake fun. The cove is quite the party area, but we were never bothered. The house was well-appointed and functioned well for our group. Note to future guests - bring your own wine opener.
