Pleasant & Convenient Stay
We were staying in town for a wedding with family and a couple of friends. The property has lots of separate bedrooms, perfect for groups with several couples. The common areas are spacious and great for larger groups. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Christmas Getaway
Perfect home for our family while in the Austin area. We really appreciated that they had a Christmas tree! Made Santaā€™s visit special. The home had all the kitchen items needs and a great coffee station. Nice fenced backyard for our doggies! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall, very happy!

A wonderful surprise
Everything about this property is perfect, even down to the tiniest details. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house is immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. All of the listed amenities are present and in good working order. So what surprised me? First, the kitchen. I made 2 meals a day for 7 people and had everything I needed. Every implement, appliance, and tool for regular daily cooking was available and of quality needed to do the job. The hand mixer has power! The knives are sharp! The oven temp is accurate! It was delightful to be cooking in a kitchen that made the job easy. It is the best out of everywhere I've stayed. Another thing that really surprised me was the mattresses. I have a disorder that causes joint dislocations, so I regularly have trouble with mattresses when I travel. But not here. The mattresses were so comfortable and supportive that I did not have any issues. I packed all my braces, fully expecting I would need them every day, and they never even came out of the suitcase. My family reported the others were just as good. We had great nights of sleep all around. Then, Allison. When we had a brief power-outage during the night, and I thought it had tripped a breaker, Allison responded in less than 5 minutes early on a Sunday morning. She was quick and pleasant to interact with in every interaction we had. Fantastic customer service. I won't even bother looking at other listings when I return. This is THE place to stay in Austin.

UT Graduation Weekend
We rented the house for a family UT graduation weekend. The entire house was very clean and well maintained (inside and outside). The kitchen/baths were very nice and the living/bedrooms very comfortable. The house was well labeled (cabinets, light switches etc.) and well stocked for use. The communication was quick and they were flexible with one of our request. We highly recommend and would use again.

Just Wonderful!
Allison was a thoughtful and responsive host. The property was pristine--clean, comfortable, luxurious. We loved hanging out on the back patio in the mornings and evenings. It was a great location for visiting downtown Austin--a 30-minute drive. No doubts, do recommend.

Winter get away
We had a great time and the house was perfect. With a recent retirement my wife and I decided to spend a month out of the cold and this house was a mile from our daughter and our 4 grandchildren. We also were able to have another daughter and her 4 kids come stay with us over the Easter holiday. The bunk room was great for all the kids and they were in the hot tub almost every day. The grill was great for multiple cook outs. I was able to get a $20 month membership at the Cedar Park Rec Center about 3 miles away so I could exercise daily and there was a driving range within 5 miles to do what I would not been able to do in Iowa. The house had service on the hot tub weekly and when at the end of the trip I mentioned a few minor problems to Allison someone was there the next day to fix them. Great place. We will be back. Thanks Allison for allowing us to use your house.

We had a group of 9 women (co-workers) in from all over the country. We wanted to stay in a home rather than individual hotel rooms so that we could more easily and more comfortably chat and visit with each other since we donā€™t see each other very often. The house provided a great space for that. Plenty of seats and room in the living room dining area, comfortable beds, easy, check in, etc. would definitely recommend

Perfect house to host your family
Very clean house, recently renovated and styled so cute. The host has made all of the things you may need during your stay available to you. Very nice little private back porch area. Great location.. easy access to stores. Host was not over bearing at all, while they were available if we needed them they didnā€™t require constant communication. We had 6 adults and 4 children and the house was the perfect size to accommodate us all. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend! Thank you!
